Dr James Page (Jim Page) is an Australian educationist and writer. His writing has received wide recognition: 2024 WAM Award shortlist; 2023 honourable mention by IHRAM, 2022 Fish Memoir Prize honourable mention; 2021 Banjo Paterson Writing Award joint winner; 2021 Newcastle Short Story Competition shortlist; 2021 Fish Memoir Competition longlist; 2020 Grieve Competition shortlist; 2014 Chicago Kellogg-Briand Pact Essay Competition joint winner; 2012 UNAAQ Award for writing in peace education; 2008 recognition by the DG of UNESCO; 2006 NSW IER Award for Research Excellence; 1991 AAS Fellow, for ethnographic research; and 1988 ACE Fellow, for writing in education; and an invited contributor to a number of reference works.
