This competition is now closed until next year – 2023

Submission Guidelines:
1. Author’s name must not appear on the written work submitted in any form. Title as shown on entry form only must appear in the
header or footer on each page.
2. Each entry to be submitted typed 12 Pt Courier or Times New Roman double spaced. If printed, on white A4 paper, one side only. If
online, saved as Microsoft Word document.
3. Any entry not fulfilling these conditions, handwritten, or exceeding stated length in any category will NOT be considered for judging.
4. Results will be announced at FAWQ General meeting 10th September 2022 and published in SCOPE Magazine and on the FAWQ
Website. No entries will be returned.

Conditions of Entry:
1. Entries open to all writers. Must be the original unpublished work of the entrant, not on offer for publication before the
announcement of the competition and have not previously won a prize in any other competition.
2. Entries may be submitted in one or all categories with no more than six entries per author.
3. Each entry to be accompanied by an entry form with the appropriate fee.
4. Copyright remains with the author.
5. FAWQ reserves the right to publish winning/commended entries in SCOPE magazine, on the FAWQ website and in future FAWQ
anthologies.
6. The judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
